African Robusta, finally in a capsule.
Uganda is home to some of the finest Robusta coffee in the world — a fact that the Italian espresso industry has known for decades. Ugandan Robusta is the secret backbone of many of Europe's most celebrated espresso blends, prized for its thick crema, chocolate weight and low astringency. We grow it here. We roast it here. And now, for the first time, we are putting it in a capsule under our own name.
Each capsule is filled with 5.2 g of freshly roasted and ground Robusta, sealed in recyclable aluminium with a nitrogen flush, and precision-dosed to produce a consistent extraction across all Nespresso-compatible machines. Three intensity profiles cover every palate, from a gentle morning latte to a punishing double ristretto after dinner.
The aluminium shell is fully recyclable. Return instructions are included in every box. The coffee grounds, post-extraction, are excellent in compost or directly as soil amendment.

How to pull the perfect shot.
Nespresso machines are designed to be foolproof — but a few small habits make a meaningful difference to the cup you get from a specialty capsule like ours.
- Pre-heat the cup. Run a blank shot (water only) through your machine with your espresso cup underneath. This heats the cup and flushes out any stale water in the boiler. Tip out the water.
- Insert the capsule. Drop an Inspire Africa capsule into the capsule chamber and close the lever. Our aluminium capsules are compatible with all Nespresso Original Line machines — Pixie, Essenza, Citiz, Expert, Lattissima, and others.
- Choose your volume. For an espresso (40 ml), press the small cup button. For a lungo (110 ml), use the large cup button. For a ristretto (25 ml), interrupt the extraction manually after 20 seconds. A double espresso for a flat white: run two capsules back to back.
- With milk. The Balanced and Intense profiles cut through steamed milk beautifully. Use the Mellow profile with a longer milk pour for a large latte.
- Recycle. Collect used capsules and recycle them at your local aluminium recycling point, or follow the postal return instructions included in the box.
