Our products

Six lines, one origin.

Every product made at our factory in Rwashameire — never outsourced, always single-origin Ugandan.

Roasted Coffee
Whole bean and ground, light to dark roasts. Single-origin Ugandan specialty.
What it is
Arabica and Robusta beans grown on our 300-acre Rwashameire estate, hand-sorted and roasted in small batches at our on-site roastery. Available whole bean or ground to your brew method.
How to enjoy
Brew as espresso, French press, AeroPress, pour-over or filter. A balanced ratio is 18g of coffee to 250ml of just-off-boil water (about 94°C). Store sealed, away from light.
Why you’ll love it
Volcanic-soil sweetness, low bitterness, and a chocolate-and-citrus finish that holds up to milk. Every bag is traceable to the zone of the estate where it was grown.
Drip Packs
Pour-over coffee in a sachet. The fastest cup of specialty coffee.
What it is
A single 10–12g serving of pre-ground specialty coffee inside a self-suspending paper filter that hooks over the rim of any standard mug. No grinder, no machine, no waste.
How to enjoy
Tear open the sachet, unfold the wings and hook them over a 200–250ml mug. Pour just-off-boil water in a slow circle, bloom for 30 seconds, then top up. Ready in three minutes.
Why you’ll love it
Specialty-grade coffee at the speed of instant. Perfect for hotels, offices, travel, camping or the bush — and lighter than a bag of beans for export.
Capsules
Compatible with most home espresso systems. Three intensities.
What it is
Recyclable aluminium capsules dosed with our roasted Robusta in three intensity profiles — Mellow (5/10), Balanced (7/10) and Intense (9/10). Each capsule holds 5.2g of freshly ground coffee.
How to enjoy
Drop into any Nespresso®-compatible home machine and press the cup. Choose 40ml for a thick ristretto, 110ml for a long black, or pull a double for a flat white.
Why you’ll love it
Café-quality crema in 25 seconds, a recyclable aluminium shell, and single-origin transparency — the zone, harvest month and roast date are printed on every box.
Instant Coffee
Haraka — premium freeze-dried granules. Real flavour, in seconds.
What it is
Premium freeze-dried granules made from our own specialty beans — not spray-dried powder. Haraka means “fast” in Swahili, but speed is the only thing this cup compromises on.
How to enjoy
Hot: one heaped teaspoon (about 2g) in 200ml hot water, stir, drink. Iced: dissolve in 50ml hot water, top with cold milk and ice for a 60-second iced latte. Add to smoothies, tiramisu or chocolate cakes.
Why you’ll love it
The freeze-drying locks in aromatic oils that spray-dried instants destroy. The result is real coffee character — chocolate, soft red fruit and toasted nuts — with no bitter aftertaste.
Energy Drinks
Coffee-fruit forward, naturally caffeinated, lightly sweetened.
What it is
A ready-to-drink iced coffee blending cold-brewed coffee-fruit (cascara, the outer skin of the cherry) with a touch of natural fruit sweetness. 80mg of natural caffeine per can — about one shot of espresso.
How to enjoy
Serve chilled, straight from the can. Best as a post-lunch pick-me-up, a pre-workout drink, or a long-drive companion. Shake gently before opening.
Why you’ll love it
The caffeine comes from the coffee fruit itself — no synthetic stimulants, no taurine, less sugar than a cola. You get the lift without the crash, and we use a part of the cherry the world usually throws away.
Cosmetics
Ela Beauty — coffee-grounds skincare: scrubs, soaps, body butters.
What it is
A small-batch body-care range made from the spent coffee grounds of our own roastery: exfoliating sugar-and-coffee scrubs, cold-process coffee soaps, and whipped shea-and-coffee body butters.
How to enjoy
Scrub: massage onto damp skin in the shower, two to three times a week, then rinse. Soap: daily, all-over. Body butter: warm a small amount between palms and work into legs, elbows and heels after bathing.
Why you’ll love it
Caffeine tightens and brightens skin, the grounds buff away dead cells, and our shea-butter-and-honey base hydrates deeply. Every jar is a zero-waste product made from a bean that already served its first purpose.

Our story

From a single farm to a $5 billion mission.

Inspire Africa Coffee Park was founded by Nelson Tugume on a 300-acre estate in Rwashameire, Ntungamo District, south-western Uganda. What began as a simple promise — that no Ugandan should pour a cup of imported instant — has grown into a fully integrated coffee park: from raw cherry to roasted beans, drip packs, capsules, instant coffee, energy drinks and coffee-grounds cosmetics.

Our first export shipped to Somalia in October 2025. We are now opening doors in China, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States. We employ over 600 Ugandans on site, and our long-term plan is six processing hubs across Uganda — so that in twenty years, no unprocessed coffee bean will leave the country.

Leadership

Meet the founder.

Nelson Tugume — the vision behind Inspire Africa Coffee Park.

Nelson Tugume is the founder of Inspire Africa Coffee Park and the driving force behind Inspire Africa Group. He set out with a simple conviction: that Uganda should process, brand and export its own coffee — not ship raw beans for others to finish.

Under his leadership the park has grown into a fully integrated estate in Rwashameire, employing over 600 Ugandans and shipping its first export to Somalia in October 2025. His mission is to grow Uganda’s coffee revenue from $1 billion to $5 billion in five years — and, within twenty, to ensure no unprocessed coffee bean leaves the country.
